Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You can cancel from the billing page. Access remains available through the end of the paid billing period unless a provider states otherwise.

2. Refund window

Contact support within seven days of the initial subscription charge if the service materially failed to provide the advertised access. Include the account email and Stripe receipt.

3. Renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable after the new billing period begins. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies after approval.
